Elite Miami Bootcamp Rope Conditioning Exercise

Rope conditioning was named the best new cardio workout for 2009 by Mens Health Magazine.  Rope conditioning is used by many top athletes including Mixed Martial Arts and NFL football teams to condition their players.

At Elite Miami Bootcamp, we use rope conditioning as part of our training program. It’s great for interval training which means it is great for fat loss.

Dave explains more about rope conditioning and shows how to properly do it.

Hey Dave, Why Kettlebells?

If you’ve trained with Elite Miami Bootcamp then you know we use Kettlebells.

Well first let me say, kettlebells go  back to hundreds of years ago,
Kettlebells were reserved for strong men
only.  Today, they are becomming more and more main stream.

Long ago, strongmen were referred to as
“kettlebell men.”  Russian special forces
and Navy Seals have long
incorporated kettlebells into their training.

Largely unknown until 2001, kettlebells are
becoming commonplace in the training rooms of
professional sports teams and personal
training studios.

Why?

The benefits of kettlebells over more
traditional dumbbells are that many of the
moves performed with them force the entire
body to work as a unit.

The entire kinetic chain from your feet all
the way to your head are engaged into one
coordinated movement that promotes functional
strength that translates into increased
performance in sports activities.

Why Do we use Kettlebells in our program?

Kettlebells help you to build a
lean, athletic body that becomes a fat
burning machine.

They don’t promote that
“super-huge” look that many people are afraid
of when they begin a strength and
conditioning program, and ultimately Kettlebells
create a more lean, athletic looking body
.

what most women want from training!

Kettlebells help develop functional strength,
flexibility, and endurance all at the same
time.

 Stay Strong,

Coach David

Why Elite Miami Bootcamp?

Not sure if Boot Camp is for you?

Here’s 5 reasons why
You should do Boot Camp…

#1 – Support: You will always have a drill-sergeant…
Err, I mean trainer to make sure you are doing all of
the exercises in a safe and results effective manner.

#2 – Motivation: And of course the trainers on hand
will push you hard to get the heart beating and the
blood pumping.

#3 – Competition: It’s human instinct and impossible to
resist. And when your competitive side kicks in you’ll
find yourself trying hard to beat what the other ladies
can do at Boot Camp. This friendly competition is good
though, because it means you push yourself harder and
get results faster.

#4 – Challenge: You will not have went through an
exercise circuit as intensive as this before and you
WILL feel the burn (that’s good) after your very first
session.

#5 – Fun: And finally, because of the X-Treme Fitness
Boot Camp group element, it’s just a good time
which makes it a lot easier for you to commit to the
sessions.

…Again, though that’s what I think… But I want to
leave it up to you to decide for yourself which is why
I am giving you the opportunity to attend your first Boot Camp
class completely FREE. Go to www.elitemiamibootcamp.com.

Be Healthy,

Coach Dave
